Cheeky Chooks!!!

Hi all it's Sweetie here,

Why is it that every time I think it is safe for a snooze in my burrow the chooks have to get up to mischief??? Have a look at what those cheeky chooks have done this time!!!! I don't know what I'm going to do with them!

Oh so naughty! Stealing tomatoes! My Yollie will not be happy.
Who do you think is was? Let's see now, who looks guiltiest?

Belle? Hmmm head down, worried stare? Maybe! Ariel hiding in the back ground doesn't look too worried......  who's next ....
Could it have been, "We hope she's a girl" ?  Standing up tall, head raised?
Yep, Probably not then. Who's else is there? Willow, hiding behind "We hope she's a girl", not looking very promising.... But... wait a minute ...
What's this, who's hiding under the umbrealla? Oh dear, not a good sign at all.
Is that you Pox trying to make a quick escape? Could it be?

Why Pox? Why did you do it??  You give yourself away every time! It's no use trying to look coy now! Let's hope My Yollie is in a good mood.

"Sorry Sweetie, I couldn't help it, they just look so yummy! Boy was I wrong. Let me give you a tip. Green tomatoes give you the runs!!!! I just learnt the hard way :o( I think next time I'll wait)."

Thanks everyone for helping my solve the mystery.  Good work.  Take care, Love Sweetie

Cheeky chickens, you have to keep an eye on them.

Our chickens love tomatoes and when I let them out of the chook run, I have to watch them closely or they head straight for the vegie garden.

Sweetie, you are such a cutie

Claire :)

Hi Claire, Aawh thanks, I hear you are very pretty too! Your right, no chance for a bunny shut eye with that crafty bunch. Luckily "My Yollie" is very forgiving! It is very funny though watching her chase the girls out of the forbidden veggie patch. All because she won't clip their flight feathers. They are masters of stealth entry into the veggie patch!!! Take care, thanks for stopping by ;o) Sweetie

Hi Jason, you never can be sure, unless you catch them in the act! Thanks for stopping by. ;)

Hi and welcome The Bok Flock, thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. I think you are right about "We hope she's a girl" I am in the process of convincing My Yollie (she is in denial I think). When "she" starts crowing I am sure she will have to accept she's really a "he", confusing stuff for a little bun! Take care :o)
