Coz they have been, the Grosse Lisse I pick as they just start to turn paler and they finish off inside.<br /> Strange I know - The other one with smaller "truss" bunches is a "Truss Plum" it's a yucky hybrid Yates-ey one - (I prefer diggers or "saved" ones any day). BUT It was planted in 2009!! And it is still going. It slows down a little in winter but really it's tomatoes all year round, the best bit is that each season they get bigger and better on the same plant. Stewart said it is probably just the position or perhaps an air-pocket under ground near the roots that may heat a little. Whatever it is I'm not complaining. I love my tomatoes.
